About Us

Music blog by Ananda Caesaria and Azam Raharjo. We write (mostly) about Japanese bands we like, especially obscure indie stuffs. You will find (our self-initiated) interviews, features, translated articles, album reviews, gig reviews, news, and maybe music samples here.

Started as a spare-time not-so-ambitious project, the main idea of this blog is to provide informations about Japanese indie music scene. We'd like to promote these bands to broader audience around the world (though apparently it's more like a self-satisfying project.lol). We also try to be as "objective" as possible especially in interviews and band features (but not on reviews and journal entries, of course).

Outside of our spare time, Nana is a full-time Japanese interpreter and Azam is a freelance illustrator. Oh, by the way, we were both attended Japanese studies in college and we really like Coaltar of the Deepers.

The deer logo was a random decision.

Please excuse our crappy English. We're Indonesians.
